• Present your ticket along with this email confirmation of your time slot booking for entry.
• This is not your admission ticket.

Terms & Conditions

- All sales are final. No refund or exchange of tickets will be made. No priority access granted unless otherwise stated.
- Daily operation hours: 11am to 7pm (last admission at 6pm), subject to changes without prior notice. Please refer to trickeye.com/sg for the latest operating hours. 
- Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and is valid till the date stated.
- Trickeye museum Pte.Ltd. reserves the rights to cancel any tickets that have been resold and to deny any such ticket holder entry.
- Trickeye Museum Pte.Ltd. reserves the rights to reject tickets that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced, purchased through unauthorised sales channels or otherwise.
- Trickeye Museum Pte.Ltd. reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict and person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the museum by others.
- Lost articles: Guests are advised to make sure that their belongings are kept safely with them all time as Trickeye Museum Pte.Ltd. will not be held responsible for any lost articles.
- Liability: Trickeye Museum Pte.Ltd. will not be held responsible for any personal injury or mishap that may occur during the duration of the visit.
- Trickeye Museum Pte.Ltd. reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice given to the public.
